Backorders
As a slow-fashion brand, many of our pieces are made thoughtfully and by hand.
If you’ve placed an order containing backorder items, please note:
- Backorder wait times may take up to 120 days
- Backordered items are shipped separately from in-stock items under the same Order ID
- If the backordered item does not meet the minimum spend for complimentary shipping, additional shipping fees may apply
- We kindly ask that you only join a backorder if you’re comfortable with the wait, knowing each piece is crafted with intention
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding public holidays) upon confirmation.
For efficiency and accuracy, we’re unable to combine separate orders — even if placed under the same name or address. Each order is packed and processed individually to maintain our streamlined fulfillment process.
