Eligibility

  • Returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags attached and in the original packaging.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at help@softthreads.co with your order number, item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review and provide instructions for mailing your return item(s) to us.

Refunds

  • All approved refunds will be issued in the form of store credit.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to item availability.
  • Customers will need to bear shipping charges (and applicable custom duties, if any) for exchanged items.
  • Due to the uncertainty of stock availability and added shipping costs, we recommend opting for store credit for a smoother experience.

   

Important Notes

  • Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
  • We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for parcels lost in transit.
  • Returns are accepted via mail only.
