Eligibility

- Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags attached and in the original packaging.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Email us at help@softthreads.co with your order number, item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and reason for return.
- Our team will review and provide instructions for mailing your return item(s) to us.
Refunds
- All approved refunds will be issued in the form of store credit.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to item availability.
- Customers will need to bear shipping charges (and applicable custom duties, if any) for exchanged items.
- Due to the uncertainty of stock availability and added shipping costs, we recommend opting for store credit for a smoother experience.
Important Notes
- Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
- We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for parcels lost in transit.
- Returns are accepted via mail only.
